Bedroom fans typically refer to household fans such as table fans and floor fans used for indoor airflow. Their manufacturing process integrates mechanical manufacturing and electrical assembly processes. Core steps include injection molding of the outer casing and fan blades, motor system assembly, structural component assembly, and overall testing to ensure airflow, noise levels, and safety meet household standards.

 

Fan Blade and Casing Manufacturing (Injection Molding)

Mold Preparation: Fan blades and outer casings are produced using ABS or PP plastic through injection molding. Mold design includes a flow channel system, cooling channels, and ejection structure to accommodate aerodynamic blade shapes such as sickle-shaped and streamlined designs.

Injection Molding: Plastic granules are heated and melted before being injected into the mold and cooled and solidified under high pressure. Different structures, such as three-blade and five-blade fans, require dedicated molds to optimize airflow and noise levels.

Post-Processing: Deburring, dynamic balancing, and grouping by weight ensure consistent blade weight distribution within the same fan, reducing operational vibration.

 

Motor System Manufacturing

Stator and Rotor Assembly: The stator core is made of stamped and laminated silicon steel sheets, and the three-phase coils are automatically wound by a winding machine. The rotor consists of permanent magnets and a press-fitted shaft; some sections utilize a brushless motor design to reduce noise to below 25dB.

Bearings and Lubrication: Double ball bearings are installed and injected with high-temperature grease to improve durability and smooth rotation.
